The thesis
We still call the sequence MVP Factory. In Keyteller language it is Discovery: find the door, name the lock, forge one key, or pause. The master key is the decision system the team keeps.
- The failure mode is a locked door, not a product that is too small.
- Answer what is true, what is better, and what to build first, before you forge.
- Enter through Discovery. Do not start in a program or a GitHub clone.
- Park every other key visibly so phase two cannot smuggle the locked door back.
