Keyteller begins with the practical work of understanding the constraint. Discovery turns a complex question into a clear recommendation: continue in a program, commission a scoped project, or do no further work yet.

Discovery is the unit we sell first. It gives both sides a practical view of the problem, the evidence available, and the smallest useful next engagement. It is not a disguised sales call or a promise of outcomes.
